"Website used to be easier to deal with"
I’ve used riflesupply.com before and I swear it used to be better. This time around, the site just felt annoying to navigate. Pages seemed cluttered, it took way too long to find what I was looking for, and the menus didn’t really help much. A few things were loading slowly too, which made it even more frustrating. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I ended up giving up before I finished what I came there to do.

The selection was weak. I was hoping there would be more options, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. I also expected someone to follow up afterward or at least check in, but I never heard anything back.

The whole compliance process was unclear and kind of frustrating. I didn’t really know what was needed or what was happening most of the time, and that part was weird. It just felt like it could’ve been handled a lot better.

I reached out to riflesupply.com hoping to get a simple answer, but the replies took a while and were vague when they did come through. I felt a bit misled because I thought I’d get clear info upfront, but instead I had to keep following up just to understand what was going on.

I tried ordering from Rifle Supply because the item looked like it was in stock, but then I found out it wasnt actually available. The inventory on the site didnt match what I could really get, so it ended up just wasting my time. I probably wont bother trying again.

"Wanted to buy, but it turned into a hassle"
I was just trying to place a normal order and had already spent some time picking everything out, double-checking sizes, and making sure the total looked right. The site seemed fine at first, so I figured it would only take a minute to finish up. But once I got to checkout, things started getting weird. It kept freezing, and then when I tried to pay, my cart changed on me. I had to type my info in twice, and even after all that, I still couldn’t get the order to go through. Ended up just giving up because it was frustrating

The box showed up completely crushed, and the item inside was scratched up badly. It felt like they made it my problem to sort out, which was frustrating.

"FFL transfer ended up being a hassle"
The FFL transfer took longer than I expected and the whole process felt confusing. I kept waiting for someone to tell me what I needed to do next, but the instructions were never very clear. It would’ve been a lot less frustrating if they had just laid out the next steps upfront.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
I ordered from riflesupply.com and the product itself was totally fine, but the shipping was slow lol. It took quite a bit longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t really update much, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on.
I get that delays happen and it’s not the end of the world, but a little more communication would’ve helped. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something quickly.

"customer service never got back to me"
i tried contacting them a couple of times about my order, and it felt like I was just sending messages into nowhere. no clear answer, no helpful update, just me checking my email over and over.
i understand places get busy, but even a quick “we’re checking on it” would’ve made a difference. instead, I had to keep following up, and it got frustrating. i don’t think I’d order from riflesupply.com again.

"Bad first impression with the return process"
This wasn’t a great first impression. I sent my item back expecting the refund to be handled quickly, but it felt like it took forever. Customer support was slow to reply too, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but for a first order, it definitely left me annoyed.

"It got there eventually, but processing was slow"
It did move eventually, just not as quickly as I was hoping. My order seemed to sit in processing for a few days without much of an update, which was a little frustrating. I understand things can get busy, but compared to other sites I’ve ordered from, it felt slow

I checked out riflesupply.com hoping I’d find a decent deal, but the prices were higher than a few other places I was comparing with. I get that every store has its own pricing and policies, but it was a little frustrating when it felt like the usual policy-type excuses didn’t really make the cost any easier to justify.
Maybe it depends on what you’re buying, but for me it just didn’t feel that competitive. By the time I looked at the total cost, I ended up ordering somewhere else because it made more sense for my budget...
